Provision of integrated/comprehensive services to youth and women including skills development on identified market-relevant training areas (e.g., tailoring, hairdressing, solid waste management/recycling), business development services, employability/soft skills training, entrepreneurship training, and facilitation of access to finance and market linkages to create sustainable jobs. The training areas are prioritised based on rapid assessment conducted by OICE and the coordinated labour market assessment conducted by Addis Ababa TVET Agency.
