Improvements to an all-inclusive job matching platform for women and youth with varying academic backgrounds, including rebuilding aspects of the existing system, such as the backend of the platform, to better track the performance of the job market and provide improved customer relations (onboarding, support, service, engagement) through a web portal, call centre, and SMS. The aim is to lower job market entry barriers for women and youth, as well as help MSEs recruit quality employees at a reduced cost and improve HR services.

Cost-sharing of development of a web portal and mobile application, establishment of call centre, and marketing of these platforms to create awareness among users (job seekers and new/existing MSEs).
