Introduction of a robust and sustainable soft skills training model to public TVET colleges. It is aimed at enabling TVET colleges to pilot and incorporate soft skills training components into their existing technical curriculum. The model is expected to increase employability of TVET graduates with systemic and continuous consultation and engagement of employers in the process.
